The Property
The target project comprises a World Heritage 16th Century Franciscan Convent, one of the most important in Northern Portugal, with rare availability of 3.5 hectares of land with extensive landscaped gardens within the city centre and waterfront.
The total construction area is over 20,000 sq and the development will consist in total of 100 luxury hotel rooms and 25 branded residences.
